BMG Chrysalis singer/songwriter Jared Lee is set to release his debut EP Falling Through Holes on iTunes on Tuesday, October 4th! Helmed by multi-platinum producer Mike K, Jared’s intial effort showcases a collection of r&b infused pop-rock songs featuring radio-ready anthemic choruses, soaring guitars, powerful drum beats all highlighted with soulful vocals that cut right to the core. Lead single, “It’s Over (Goodbye)”, debuted at #40 on Adult Pop BDS Chart on August 29th, and is currently getting spins on over 20 key HAC stations all over the U.S.

Fresh off the success of lead-single, ”Justice”, the bands highest charting single to date, Rev Theory’s new single, “The Fire”, is slated to impact Active Rock Radio Stations on August 30th.

On July 21st, EMI recording artist Eli ”Paperboy” Reed launched his final European tour in support of 2010′s critically acclaimed Come and Get It. Soulful singer/songwriter Jared Lee recently concluded a 2 week US tour with platinum acoustic rockers, Secondhand Serenade. Here’s a first hand account of the tour from Jared:

Hey Everyone –

I had an amazing time on the road opening up for Secondhand Serenade. Aside from the bad stretch of weather which included tornadoes, torrential downpours and hailstorms, I really enjoyed spending time in Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa, Kentucky, Ohio and New Jersey and meeting everyone that came out to the shows!! In every city we played a bunch of the songs off my debut album, Out of Breath, and the energy and response of the audience was just incredible. To all of you that came through, thank you so much for the support! And to those who were unable to come this time, hope to see you out there soon!!

Chanel makes Maloof Money Cup debut in NYC

On Saturday, June 4th Chanel brought her So Cal inspired rhymes to the east coast for a special performance at the World’s Greatest Skateboarding Event, the Maloof Money Cup NYC at Maloof Cup Park in Queens, NY. Already stirring up major buzz in the skate community, Chanel was able to perform while some of her world famous skater friends tore up the course vying for their chance to win the first place crash prize of $160,000.
